We purchased them in May 2019. We installed them, tested them, and shipped them to our customer. They decided they wanted a different BUC and sent these back to us.

They are under warranty. Since Satcom Solutions purchased them, your end user would need to contact us to get them replaced if for some reason they do not work.

They do not have the original boxes. And the issue I noticed is a few scratched on the sides of the BUCs from our mounting kits (as seen in photo). They do have some foam padding that we put on the back of the BUCs before installation. I can have these removed if necessary.

MSRP $2350 each. We would sell for $1,650 each.
