CPI VZU-6994 TWTA – 350W Ku-Band Amplifier

The CPI VZU-6994 is a high-performance 350W Ku-Band TWTA (Traveling Wave Tube Amplifier), covering the full frequency range of 13.75 to 14.5 GHz. This unit is ideal for transportable and fixed earth station applications where space and power efficiency are critical.

While labeled as a 400W amplifier, the VZU-6994 typically delivers between 325 to 360W of output power, housed in a compact 3RU chassis. It is fully digital-ready and supports wideband, single- and multi-carrier satellite services.

Each unit employs a high-efficiency dual-depressed collector helix TWT, backed by years of proven reliability in both military and airborne applications.
