C-band BUC NJT5669F is typically used by VSAT systems. They are compact and light, making shipping quick and cheap.

The local oscillator frequency is 4.9 GHz and the C-Band frequency range is 5.85 to 6.425 GHz. The modem or modulator must provide the 24VDC and 10 MHz reference over the IFL cable for these BUCs to operate.
