Satcom Solutions has several Comtech DT-4503 C-Band Down Converters available. We purchased these units, along with matching C-Band up converters, from a satellite teleport after the facility was closed.
We have tested several of the units, and they have all performed as expected.
The Comtech DT-4503 converts a C-Band RF signal to a 70 MHz IF signal, making it suitable for use with legacy satellite communications equipment and SCPC satellite modems.
