The SeaTel 9711-64 is a 2.4-meter, 3-axis marine stabilized antenna system designed for reliable C-band and Ku-band satellite communications. This new old stock system includes RF electronics and dual-band LNB configurations and is suitable for commercial maritime and offshore applications.

The 9711 provides remote polarization selection, eliminating the need for manual feed changes inside the radome. C-band operation supports A-Pol, B-Pol and linear polarization, while the Ku-band configuration supports co-polarized and cross-polarized services.
The system features Generation 2 electronics in the pedestal control unit with software-controlled motor drivers for improved diagnostics, troubleshooting and three-axis control. It is also compatible with OpenAMIP, ROAM and Automatic Beam Switching (ABS) technologies.
